Yep, ceptin' the erstwhile asshole (aka, Mayor of NYC) says he can't reopen the park while the injunction is being challenged. You and I would be thrown in the clinker for contempt of court, methinks.

They also reappointed the judge from the one that said yes to a new judge that said yes, but...no tents, sleeping bags, etc...
