People who drive a Lexus are above the law, don't you know!
The progressive news site Crooks and Liars have obtained video of “Occupy DC” protesters being run over by a driver, only for police not to arrest the person behind the vehicle.
According to C&L writer Tina Dupuy, “a silver Lexus sedan hit three protesters in the street.” As protesters voiced their displeasure with authorities’s decision to let the driver go, one officer replied, “They shouldn’t have been in the street.”

I was going to post this, along with a still of the guy I pulled from the video. But I got busy and never got back to it.
He clearly gun it. No question in my mind. Luckily no one was killed. Could have been though. Unbelievable is what his release by the police is.

You are partly right. The company car started with an "L" --> Chevy LUMINA. Not quite a Lexus. Closest thing we had was another Toyota brand car, the Camry.
