U.S. Abandons Plans To Keep Troops In Iraq Past Year End

U.S. government and military officials are sending hints that the U.S. will withdraw all its troops from Iraq by the end of 2011 in accordance with an agreement signed by the Bush administration in 2008.

Earlier this week, the Iraqis rejected immunity for U.S. troops or trainers.
