
Any person who in "good faith" reports suspected terrorist activities or suspicious behavior that is later proved unwarranted would be protected against civil lawsuits under the House bill. Similar legislation has been introduced separately in the Senate.
What this bill is saying is that Americans cannot sue if he or she are dragged from a commercial aircraft, under suspicion, although he or she did nothing, but under suspicion his or her rights as citizens are no longer exists.
Under the NAZIs, the German people had no legal recourse when the Gestapo dragged them from trains and homes.
