Graham: Christopher Steele was on the Democratic Party payroll

“We know without the dossier the warrant would have never been issued…”


WASHINGTON — Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) appeared on Fox News Tuesday where he made clear that the author of the infamous Trump dossier Christopher Steele was on the Democratic Party payroll and had even petitioned agencies/agents within the deep state to issue FISA warrants which allowed for the illegal spying on of Donald Trump and associates.

The senior senator from South Carolina told Fox News host Sean Hannity that FISA warrants need to be based on actual verifiable and accurate intelligence in order to be properly issued which is something that obviously did not take place in this case.

"Christopher Steele went to the Department of State on October the eleventh to get the Department of State to release the dossier to the public for political reasons," Graham explained. "Ten days before they applied for the FISA warrant…"

"We know without the dossier the warrant would have never been issued…," he said. "We now know that the author of the dossier, Christopher Steele, was on the payroll of the Democratic Party…"

Without hesitation, Graham also pointed out that for whatever reason Steele went to the State Department ahead of the election with intentions to stifle the outcome.

What gives?

If Democrat-funded operative Christopher Steele utilized information obtained from paid Russian sources in the infamous Russian dossier to get a FISA warrant illegally issued then shouldn’t the Democrats be held accountable and charged with Russian collusion and election tampering?
