69-year-old grandmother arrested on suspicion of possessing CBD oil at Magic Kingdom Park

 

Police bodycam footage reveals the moment a 69-year-old woman was arrested for allegedly possessing CBD oil.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A 69-Year-old grandmother named Hester Burkhalter was arrested on suspicion of possessing cannabinoid oil while visiting Magic Kindom Park in mid-April.


The Tennessee woman was taken into police custody after Walt Disney World security found a small vial of CBD oil on her person.


The charges were later dropped.
