Pew study finds U.S. is home to 18% of world’s migrant population

The U.S. houses more foreign nationals than any other country in the world, a new Pew Research study finds.

A new Pew Research study concludes that the United States is home to 18% of all foreign nationals in the world.

Over 44 million foreign-born people now live in the U.S., according to the report.

On one hand, while some could argue that America has been built on immigration others could argue that wages have remained low due to the constant influx.

Just think, you can now purchase a bite-sized candy bar at the supermarket for about $1. That is a little more than a mouthful of chocolate for $1. Such a snack cost merely 5 cents 25 years ago.
