As the world was searching for the "second suspect" in the truck with Timothy McVeigh, the FBI knew exactly who it was.
It was all an operation ran from the start by the FBI, their informants as guilty as McVeigh and Nichols in the plot.
As usual the FBI is there at the terror attack, running the operation before it happens, always innocent but solving the case as if they were not there or did not know.
They knew before the building was blown up that they were gonna blow it up and even the date. Did they stop it?
