There are many reasons I can think of why these three should be arrested, tried and imprisoned for life or given the death sentence.
The latest revelation is that Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld knew that most of the so-called “enemy combatants” held at Guantanamo were innocent.
If I were a cop in a small town and I grabbed and threw someone in my jail for no reason, I would be considered a kidnapper.
Now, we have Bush, Cheneyt and Rumsfeld grabbing innocent people from all over the Middle East and bringing them to Guantanamo and then holding them against their will for years before a few of them are released.
Never mind the torture the kidnapped were subjected to, they were “kidnapped” and as such Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld (and many others) should be held accountable and tried for hundreds of kidnappings.
If all is proven in court (more than the kidnapped got) than they should be able to spend their remaining years in a comfortable Federal Country Club Prison.
