$21 Trillion: “Missing Money” from American DoD and HUD budgets from 1998 to 2015

I’ve been going over and over in my head what "missing money" means. Let’s review.

Dr. Mark Skidmore did an analysis of the DoD and HUD budgets from 1998-2015. He and his students found that there were $21 trillion dollars in undocumentable adjustments, for a budget that started out at $271 billion in 1998 and ended at $637 billion in 2015.

Let’s estimate DoD official funding for that period was roughly $10 trillion. Say HUD added another $750 billion. Against that, the bean-counters had adjustments of about 200% of that. Skidmore asserts that a more normal "adjustment" number for a large organization is maybe 3%.

A "debunking" site claims this is just an accounting issue that (in part) basically doesn’t deal well with estimating the value of our Aircraft Carriers (assessing how much the USS Nimitz is worth, they claim, is an "unsupportable adjustment"). My summary of their article is reductive; I supply a link to it below.

Presumably, this particular issue – accounting for military equipment and pensions – has been around for quite literally centuries. The US military has had ships, planes, and tanks on the books, and accounted for them somehow, in ways that in the past were "supportable." However in the past 20 years, the US military has suddenly become incapable of doing basic accounting. Does this make sense to you? It doesn’t make sense to me.

Furthermore, no less than the US Constitution requires accounting for expenditures, so presumably, such accounting has been a requirement of the armed forces since the founding of the Republic.

Given the HUGE FED bail-outs of foreign governments and foreign banks immediately after the 2008 financial crisis, it's almost impossible to explain the sources of those bail-outs as cash on deposit or stockpiled in secure warehouses somewhere in D.C. A better hypothesis, and explanation, is that the FED once again created the funds quite literally "out of thin air" (which they have already admitted). In the same or similar manner, it is entirely feasible that the Pentagon has had a long-standing sweetheart deal with the FED, to finance the Pentagon's pet projects like the Secret Space Program (not a secret any longer, however). A heist of this magnitude would not have been designed unless a proper audit trail was consciously and deliberately made impossible for the first instance.

We have to understand what is going on here. I worked for HUD for a season in my life. The Globalists who support a One World Government of a New World Order are making this happen; they are destroying the United States of America, in Military terms, in economic terms, in Spiritual terms, in educational terms and so forth, including our Environment and digital privacy.

When I ran for President in 2016 PresidentKopitke2016.info it was hard to find volunteers to collect signatures for ballot access. If I run again in 2020, I will have to find a way to get Key Board Warriors to go outside their homes and collect signatures for ballot access. Please pray for that end. His Peace to you, Kyle.
