Rob Ford's drug scandal heats up the city council (VIDEO)

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is making headlines again for his drug use.

Previous revelations about the popular mayor included his propensity to get black-out drunk and rant about killing people and that he once smoked crack while in one of his "drunken stupors."


The latest bombshell coming from "The T.O." happened Wednesday when a city council member asked Ford if he had ever purchased illegal drugs in the last two years.


After a pause, the mayor said, "Yes."
