Guess How Bribes Affected NSA Spying Votes in Congress (VIDEO)

"A detailed analysis on Maplight of the voting in last week's vote on de-funding NSA dragnet spying found that the Congresscritters who voted in favor of more NSA spying received more than double the defense industry campaign contributions of their anti-NSA-voting rivals. They were the winners in the industry's $13M donation bonanza leading up to the 2012 elections."*

Why didn't more of our elected officials vote for the "Amash Amendment" to defund NSA mass spying on American citizens? The idea seems novel and agreeable enough, so why did the amendment fail? The answer is easy, when you see which politicians received the most money from corporations who will profit off NSA spying. Cenk Uygur breaks it down.
