Obama vows to close Gitmo, asks for $450 million to upgrade (VIDEO)

Last week, President Obama addressed the hunger strike going on in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, where prisoners are participating in a hunger strike that has lasted more than three months. Since his 2008 campaign, Obama has promised to close down the facility and still believes the prison should be shutdown, but recently the Department of Defense has requested $450 million to upgrade the prison.
