Karzai bans NATO airstrikes in Afghanistan. (VIDEO)

Afghanistan's President Hamid Karzai officially issued an order on Monday banning the country's security forces from requesting international airstrikes in residential areas.

The order comes after an incident last week where 10 innocent people were killed in a NATO led airstrike, but many critics say this will only hurt the war on terror in the country.
