GOOGLE'S GOT A PHONE

~

It's official: Google Inc. will sell its own mobile phone in an effort to protect its online advertising empire as people increasingly surf the Web on handsets instead of personal computers.

The phone announced Tuesday had been widely anticipated since Google handed out the device, called the Nexus One, to its own employees three weeks ago.

Consumers will be able to buy the Nexus One for $179 if they commit to a two-year service contract with T-Mobile USA. The phone is going on sale Tuesday online.

National Guard ad revives Nazi oath to Hitler: "Always place mission first," not US Constitution

~

AMERICAN PATRIOTS:

We hold these Truths to be self-evident...In 2003, the US Army adapted the “Soldier’s Creed” to program soldiers to shift their Oath of Enlistment from “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” to the heel-clicking, non-thinking, dictator-obeying, “I will always place the mission first.”

This directly states that the FIRST duty of an American soldier is to achieve the mission dictated by military leadership, NOT the defense of the US Constitution.

Brain-washing soldiers to place the mission first, that is, “just follow orders” given by der Fuehrer (“the leader” in German) rather than being responsible for obeying the Constitution and laws of war dramatizes the US shift into fascism.

This fascist propaganda is highlighted in the National Guard’s new 2-minute ad playing in movie theaters, shown below.

I am an American Soldier.
I am a Warrior and a member of a team.
I serve the people of the United States, and live the Army Values.
I will always place the mission first.
I will never accept defeat.
I will never quit.
I will never leave a fallen comrade.

I am disciplined, physically and mentally tough, trained and proficient in my warrior tasks and drills.
I always maintain my arms, my equipment and myself.
I am an expert and I am a professional.
I stand ready to deploy, engage, and destroy, the enemies of the United States of America in close combat.
I am a guardian of freedom and the American way of life.
I am an American Soldier.

(Also note that this is the National Guard. Not the Army. Not the Marines. These are your protectors in the event of a natural disaster. Kill, kill, kill...)

Al Gore and Global Warming “Church” Trashed To Hell By Mother Nature

~

By Chimp

First, through hacked e-mails, we learned that GlobalWarmers fudged with the science to make global warming a fact while the earth was really cooling.

Now, the earth gets hit with the coldest winter on record, by Mother Nature, reinforcing the fact that we are moving towards a mini ice age rather than “20 feet” under water, due to meting ice, like Al Gore preached.

Snow and cold have hit records throughout the US and Europe. You lie about Mnother Nature, she gets even.

Al, please give back your Nobel Peace Prize and your Academy Awards for your Global Warming Hoax film.

'Avatar' arouses conservatives' ire

~

Big Hollywood's John Nolte, one of my favorite outspoken right-wing film essayists, blasted the film, calling it "a sanctimonious thud of a movie so infested with one-dimensional characters and PC cliches that not a single plot turn, large or small, surprises. . . . Think of 'Avatar' as 'Death Wish' for leftists, a simplistic, revisionist revenge fantasy where if you . . . hate the bad guys (America) you're able to forgive the by-the-numbers predictability of it all."

Ross Douthat, writing in the New York Times, took Cameron to task on another favorite conservative front, as yet another Hollywood filmmaker who refuses to acknowledge the power of religion.

Douthat calls "Avatar" the "Gospel according to James. But not the Christian Gospel. Instead, 'Avatar' is Cameron's long apologia for pantheism -- a faith that equates God with Nature.

There are tons of other grumpy conservative broadsides against the film, but I'll spare you the details, except to say that Cameron's grand cinematic fantasy, with its mixture of social comment, mysticism and transcendent, fanboy-style video game animation, seems to have hit a very raw nerve with political conservatives, who view everything -- foreign affairs, global warming, the White House Christmas tree -- through the prism of partisan sloganeering.

Did You Know That “Peace Is Not In The Best Interest Of A Stable Society”?

~

There was a report written for the US government by anonymous “Professor John Doe” that concluded that peace was not in the interest of a stable society.

This probably explains why the US is planning on everlasting wars. By the time the people tire of the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars, we will be deep in Pakistan Yemen and Somalia.

It also explains why Dick Cheney invests in his company Halliburton and why the Bush family has its money in the Carlyle Group which invests heavily in the military industrial complex.

The report continues, that even if lasting peace "could be achieved, it would almost certainly not be in the best interests of society to achieve it."

War was a part of the economy. Therefore, it was necessary to conceive a state of war for a stable economy.

The government, the group theorized, would not exist without war, and nation states existed in order to wage war. War also served a vital function of diverting collective aggression.

They recommended that bodies be created to emulate the economic functions of war. They also recommended "blood games" and that the government create alternative foes (see Fake A-Qaeda) that would scare the people with reports of alien life-forms and out of control pollution. Another proposal was the reinstitution of slavery.

U.S. News and World Report claimed in its November 20, 1967 issue to have confirmation of the reality of the report from an unnamed government official, who added that when President Johnson read the report, he 'hit the roof' and ordered it to be suppressed for all time.

Additionally, sources were said to have revealed that orders were sent to U.S. embassies, instructing them to emphasize that the book had no relation to U.S. Government policy.

Project Blue Beam is also a common conspiracy theory that alleges that a faked alien landing would be used as a means of scaring the public into whatever global system is suggested.

MUST SEE: CHILLING NATIONAL GUARD VIDEO (LYRICS INCLUDED)

~

PEOPLE YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS. Left me with all my hair standing on end, cold, thinking:

Note that this is the National Guard. These are soldiers to help Americans in times of natural disasters like floods and earthquakes. These are not Marines sent out to KILL an enemy.

At the end of the video, the message I hear is "Kill! Kill! Kill! not Help, help help.

Are these going to be our new jailers to keep Americans in line?

Lyrics:

Warrior the Ethos
Code of the Bellator (Warrior)
A hero will rise

Mos bellatoris (Code of the Warrior)
Ego primus omnium munus (I will always place the mission first)
Ego numquam cladem accipiam (I will never accept defeat)
I will live by this credo
I will protect the U.S. and I will fight to liberate all!

Numquam Deseram (Never quit)
Numquam commilitionem collapsum relinquam
(Never leave a fallen comrade)
I will never leave him!

I will live by this credo
I will protect the U.S. and I will fight to liberate
I will fight wherever called!

I will always place the mission first
I will never ever accept defeat
I will never quit, I never will
I will never leave a fallen comrade

Fiducia Officium (Loyalty, Duty)
Virtus Honor Veneratio (Personal Courage, Honor, Respect)
I am an American Soldier
Stipendium ante ingenium (Service before Self)
I fight for one and all!

Americans want to be Slaves

~

Are Americans willing to trade their freedoms for a false sense of security?

This is the crucial question that must be answered before a successful struggle for liberty can be fought and won. If it is shown that the majority of Americans will readily trade their freedoms for a fake carnal security then the cause has already been lost.

Let us just examine a few of the events of the last two months to see where America sits on the major issues of our day.

Millionaire Rush Limbaugh Says U.S. Health Care System Is ‘Just Dandy’ For The Rich

~

"...and it was not the pig flu, either, oink, oink..."

"Earlier this week, Rush Limbaugh was rushed to a hospital in Hawaii after he complained of chest pains and had reportedly been taken from his hotel “in serious condition.”

Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu released Limbaugh yesterday and during a press conference, the conservative radio host said his physicians did not know what caused his symptoms.

“I wish I knew what it was,” he said. Limbaugh also denied that he is again taking painkillers and praised the U.S. health care system based on his experience:

“The treatment I received here was the best that the world has to offer,” Limbaugh said. “Based on what happened here to me, I don’t think there’s one thing wrong with the American health care system. It is working just fine, just dandy.”……

Of course Rush would probably think any health system is “just dandy,” mainly because he is a multi-millionaire and can afford the best health care wherever he might be.

But this is not the case for tens of millions of Americans who are unable to afford care or insurance due to the rising costs of health care in the U.S.

Mayo Clinic in Arizona to Stop Treating Some Medicare Patients

~

The Mayo Clinic, praised by President Barack Obama as a national model for efficient health care, will stop accepting Medicare patients as of tomorrow at one of its primary-care clinics in Arizona, saying the U.S. government pays too little.

More than 3,000 patients eligible for Medicare, the government’s largest health-insurance program, will be forced to pay cash if they want to continue seeing their doctors at a Mayo family clinic in Glendale, northwest of Phoenix, said Michael Yardley, a Mayo spokesman.

Banks To Bombard Customers With New Fees In 2010

~

Banks Roll Out New Check, Card Fees

The nation's banks will be bombarding customers with new fees and products in 2010 as they try to replace more than $50 billion in revenue wiped out by new rules that clamp down on certain business practices.

So far, the changes are mostly concentrated in checking accounts and credit cards.

In addition to attaching new fees to old products, banks are introducing new types of accounts that they hope will reel in new customers and reduce their funding costs.

For plastic, the new rules go into effect in February as part of the Credit Card Act of 2009. The rules will limit some interest-rate increases, require more disclosure to customers and prohibit banks from raising interest rates on current balances unless a customer is at least 60 days behind in a payment.

Cop tased man 11 times while he had diabetic seizure

Full-Body Scanners to Fry Travelers With Radiation

~

This is what frequent flyers will feel like pretty soon. Making me hungry.

Virtually all passengers and airline crews who pass through airport screening checkpoints in the U.S. may soon be forced to submit to compulsory, whole-body X-ray exposure.

Some fliers could be “fried” several times in one day.

Frequent fliers could get hit hundreds of times each year. Pregnant women, infants, the chronically ill and immune suppressed would get the rays. Grateful herds of traveling livestock, prodded by TSA drovers through federally-funded “nuke chutes,” are expected to believe Hollowell’s scientifically unsupported assertion that ionizing radiation delivered via backscatter will be “about the same as sunshine.”

Wear glasses when cleaning your tarantula cage

~

Seems the young man who owned the tarantula was cleaning his pet's cage when the spider decided he wasn't happy with the cleaning service. The tarantula then rubbed his hind legs against his abdomen, which released a cloud of the hairs. The hairs are tiny hairs which are barbed at the end and are apparently used as a defense.

Three weeks later, the gentleman went to the Ophthalmology Clinic because of persistent redness, watering and poor vision in his eye. When examined, the conjunctiva (white of the eye) was red, and the cornea (clear part of the eye) had "scattered white spots".

Though the examination initially looked like a viral infection of the eye, when they looked at the eye with a magnifying instrument, they found "fine, hairlike projections" in the cornea. The hairs were too small to be removed from his eyes.

Iraqis express dismay over Blackwater ruling

~

Victims of a 2007 shooting by American security guards in Baghdad say it's clear to them the U.S. government considers Iraqi blood cheap.

Little trace was left of the September 2007 day when Blackwater security guards opened fire on the crowded intersection, killing 17 civilians.

On Thursday, a judge in a U.S. federal court had thrown out the criminal prosecution of five Blackwater guards involved in the shootings.

The consequences of that decision were still being felt Friday by survivors of the attack, politicians and ordinary Iraqis, who expressed feelings of helplessness at the hands of the United States.

The Iraqi government vowed to seek an appeal. Victims and others said they doubted they would ever see justice, convinced the American government considers their blood cheap.

How many people die from being tasered by police?

~

"He didn't say 'uncle'. Shoot him again! If he wants to play, he's gotta say 'uncle'."

Between June 2001 and June 2007, there were at least 245 cases of deaths of subjects soon after having been shocked using Tasers.

Of these cases:

In 7 cases, medical examiners said Tasers were a cause or a contributing factor or could not be ruled out as a cause of death.

In 16 cases coroners and other officials stated that a Taser was a secondary or contributory factor of death.

In dozens of cases, coroners cited excited delirium as cause of death. Excited delirium has been questioned as a medical diagnosis. (Taser manufacturers have created their own illness to cover their butts)

Several deaths occurred as a result of injuries sustained in struggles.

In a few of these cases head injury due to falling after being shocked contributed to later death.

Some police departments, like that of Clearwater, Florida, have tried to eradicate such incidents by prohibiting taser use when the suspect is in danger of falling.

A study published by the American Journal of Cardiology found that California police departments that introduced Tasers experienced significant increases in the numbers of in-custody sudden deaths and firearm deaths in the first full year following deployment.

The rates declined to predeployment levels in subsequent years. No significant change in the number of officer injuries was found. (Means the department learned to fudge the numbers.)

Federal court restricts Taser use by police

~

"Give me liberty or taser me to death!"

A federal appeals court this week ruled that a California police officer can be held liable for injuries suffered by an unarmed man he Tasered during a traffic stop.

The decision, if allowed to stand, would set a rigorous legal precedent for when police are permitted to use the weapons and would force some law enforcement agencies throughout the state -- and presumably the nation -- to tighten their policies governing Taser use, experts said.

***********************

The taser industry will spend millions to overturn this decission. Cops and tasers will win - peasants will loose.
