Chile clashes video: Student protest water-cannoned in Santiago (VIDEO)

Hundreds of student demonstrators clashed with police in of Chile's capital on Tuesday night protesting against a law that would restrict the ability to assemble publicly.

The proposed law is known as the "Hinzpeter law" after Interior Minister Rodrigo Hinzpeter who came up with the proposal.
