It has been nearly two months since Superstorm Sandy ravished the East Coast and the House has yet to pass legislation that would provide more than $60 billion worth of aid to the affected area. The relief bill has been overshadowed by the looming Fiscal Cliff calamity, and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has blamed the House and John Boehner for the delay.
