Frankenstorm Sandy Planned in 1997- Weird! (VIDEO)

I'm getting over my doubts that this is going to be a serious storm for real this time, but what is weird is that an exercise was done in 1997 regarding a fictitious monster storm called...Sandy!

It's always good to be prepared anyway, and if you haven't already then you should start prepping.
