Miami Beach Memorial Day Police Assassination Squad May 30th 2011, cellphone video (VIDEO)

~

Above is the video the Miami Police tried to keep you from seeing by smashing the cell phone after seizing the cell phone at the point of a gun. Fortunately, the videographer prudently removed the memory card and concealed it before the phone was smashed by the Gestapo.

As a point of law, the police may not confiscate a camera without a subpoena unless it was used in the actual commission of a crime, and the courts have repeatedly ruled that videotaping the police in public is not a crime.

Do not respect police who do not respect the law, and the highest law of the land is the Constitution.
