There are still 170 detainees left in this offshore prison. The American public seems unwilling to allow a fair trial for any of them, instead exposing them to military tribunals.
The American public doesn't seem willing to place any of them found guilty in prisons where they would have the same rights as serial killers. To me it looks as if the terrorists have succeeded in showing how military might trumps justice.
