Bachmann reaffirmed her view of President Barack Obama’s administration as a “gangster government,” and said, “A second administration of Jimmy Carter wouldn’t have done this country any favors. We need to make sure that we don’t have a second Barack Obama administration.”

Then, she said she hadn’t made a decision whether she would run for the presidency in 2012.
