Pope Benedict in his role as head of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith which deals with sex abuse cases is accused of moving pedophile priests from one Diocese to the next in order to conceal child rapists.
As Prefect of this division of the Vatican, it was his sole responsibility to discipline Priests accused of raping children.
