    Humph! Phooey on them.

    Well, how are they going to know when I start growing my own fruits and veggies in pots inside my apartment ?

    Also, plenty of people in bigger cities like New York for example, have lovely roof-top gardens!

    They have put the TSA scanners on vans that can see through walls. Thay'll find your vegetable "stash".
