Florida legislature fails to outlaw sex with animals
As ThinkProgress recently noted, the Florida legislature has been trying to close a “loophole” that made it one “of only a dozen or so states that don’t have a law against having sex with animals.”
While the state has been unable to pass a bestiality law, it has had no problem finding time to make sure it’s illegal to get married or adopt a child if you’re gay.
