In early April, after Code Pink co-founder Jodie Evans approached Karl Rove at a book signing event in Beverly Hills and told him she wanted to make a citizen’s arrest, Rove tried to downplay the protest, telling Fox News, “I wish there wasn’t so much attention paid to it.”
When he was asked about the incident on Fox and Friends yesterday, Rove — a paid Fox News contributor — lashed out at the Fox News show’s hosts, calling them “sad” for “recycling stuff that happened three to four weeks ago”
